1. The Online School is not displaying properly for me
Our Online School is designed to be compatible with all modern devices. However, some of our users have experienced display issues with older versions of Internet Explorer. We recommend using Chrome for best performance. If you are using Chrome but still experiencing display issues, it may be an internet speed issue.
2. I have forgotten my password
If you have forgotten your password, please navigate to the sign-in page and click "forgot password". This feature is down the bottom right-hand side of the sign-in box. Follow the prompts to reset your password.
3. I have forgotten the email address I used to sign up
Please email email@example.com with your full name and one of the team will assist you.
4. I cannot login
Try resetting your password by following the instructions above. If the problem persists please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
5. I am getting an error when I try to download my certificate
All of our courses are set so that you have to complete all learning certificates prior to earning the certificate. This includes the additional reading. If you receive the error message "you have XX number more units to complete" it's likely that you have not completed one of the required units. Please complete the units by clicking on them and watching/reading/completing the unit. You will then be able to download your certificate.
6. I am getting an error to say my account is inactive or suspended
Please email email@example.com and our team will look into this for you.
7. I ran out of time while doing the assessment
In our assessed courses, there is a set amount of time for doing the exam. We recommend you only start the assessment when you are confident you will not be interrupted or called away, as you only get one opportunity. If something goes wrong and you run out of time, e.g. you lose connection, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
8. I need another copy of my certificate
To download another copy of any of your certificates, please sign-in to your account. Once you inside the school, navigate the course you require the certificate for. Click into the course and go to the Certificate of Completion. Select "print your certificate".
9. I need to change my name on my certificate
When entering your name for your certificate, it is important you use the correct spelling of your full name, as you only get one chance to enter your name. If you need to change your name after it's been entered e.g. there's a spelling error, or you have changed your legal name, please contact email@example.com.
10. Do I need sound to do my courses?
Yes. All of our courses have at least one video component to them. For this reason, you will need to use a device with sound. We recommend headphones, to avoid distractions.
11. How do I download a PDF
On every PDF in the course, when they are loaded on the course screen, you will see a small icon at the top right hand corner of the course screen page, there is one to download and one to print, they are the universal icons for those to functions, this will enable you to download and read off line or print out should you wish to.
12. Can I use Learnworlds on my Phone/Tablet?
Yes, absolutely. Learnworlds is mobile compatible with most modern smartphones. This is a very adaptive site, so the menu bar will shift and look slightly different but all courses are completely compatible with all devices, as long as the device has speakers and internet access.
13. What is the most compatible web browser for the online school?
We have found Google Chrome to be the most reliable and compatible browser when completing our courses.
14. Can I buy one course and share the course content with others in my team?
No. Our courses are designed for single use by one logged in person. We can’t stop you sharing the good tips and insights, but if you have someone in your team who just loves it, they can join up and get all the benefits of the community themselves.
